Train Pizza is an online platform that connects customers with independent third-party restaurants. Restaurants publish their menus, prices, and availability on the platform. Train Pizza acts only as a facilitator and does not prepare, handle, or deliver food.

2. Orders & Delivery

All orders are subject to restaurant confirmation and availability. Delivery is made only outside the vehicle at designated pickup points:

• Train: at the carriage/coach door (outside the train)

• Bus: at bus stops or designated pickup points (outside the bus)

• Parking / Other approved locations: only at designated locations

How it works:

1. Place your order via Train Pizza and provide accurate travel or location details.

2. The restaurant prepares the food and delivers it only to the designated pickup point.

3. Customers must be present at the pickup point, show order confirmation, and collect their food.

Key Points:

• Delivery timing depends on schedules, station/stop access, traffic, weather, vendor availability, and operational conditions. Delays or non-delivery may occur.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways.

• Food quality, hygiene, and packaging are the sole responsibility of the restaurant.

• Customers must check allergens and dietary preferences before ordering.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate travel or pickup details and valid contact information, and be available at delivery time. Customers are responsible for checking allergens and dietary suitability.

4. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.

• Prices, taxes, and availability are controlled by the restaurants and may change without notice.

• Restaurants pay Train Pizza an agreed service fee or commission.

5. Food & Vendor Responsibility

All food preparation, ingredients, allergens, hygiene, packaging, delivery, and compliance with food regulations are the sole responsibility of the restaurant. Train Pizza is not involved in food preparation, handling, or delivery.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy available on the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Train Pizza is not liable for food quality issues, allergic reactions, delivery delays, missed deliveries, or customer complaints. Maximum liability is limited to the order value.

8. Eligibility & Prohibited Activities

Users must be legally eligible to place orders. Fraudulent orders, misuse of the platform, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

User data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination & Changes

Either the restaurant or Train Pizza may terminate cooperation with 7 days’ notice. Terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
