Welcome to TRAIN.PIZZA. If you continue to utilise and browse this website, you are agreeing to comply with, and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which along with our privacy policy, govern TRAIN.PIZZA’s relationship with you in relation to this website and terms of use for users of this website. If you disagree with any section of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

TRAIN.PIZZA is a private treaty/sales platform connecting the buyer, agent and seller in Real-time.

General Use

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

All the ingredients used in the pizza, such as dough, meat, vegetables, etc., must be fresh and edible. This is the responsibility of the vendor.

Register now and save your time and money

A. You can use this website to deliver pizzas to train stations, bus stops, and highway car parks. Set up your own payment gateway (Stripe). You only need to pay $1 per month. The payment gateway is provided in the link below. Security deposit $300.

B. If you use the website's payment gateway, you only need to pay $20 per month. Payments will be credited to your account weekly. Security deposit $0.

There will only be two sellers per station, stop, and parking lot. This will create options for customers and eliminate competition for sellers. This website will be heavily marketed on the (APP)Spak Spak .

OPTION A : USE SELF-PAYMENT GATEWAY

You'll have your own payment gateway (Stripe). A link to the Stripe payment gateway is provided on the train.pizza website, allowing you to easily use the payment gateway, which transfers money directly to your bank account. Train Pizza doesn't charge any fees. You only need to pay $1 per month to use the Train Pizza website.

If for any reason the customer does not receive the pizza. If the vendor does not refund the money to the customer for any reason, then Train Pizza Company will charge the company $2 from the money given to the customer as well as the security deposit of the vendor. And this money has to be deposited back to the security deposit by the vendor within 3 days.

OPTION B : USE TRAIN.PIZZA PAYMENT GATEWAY:

If the train arrives 5 minutes earlier or is delayed by 10 minutes, the vendor has to deliver the pizza. Customer cannot cancel the pizza once ordered.

If the train arrives 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled time or is delayed by 10 minutes or the train does not arrive at all. In such a case, whether the vendor delivers the pizza or not, whether he refunds the money or not, it is up to the vendor. Train Pizza Company will not be responsible for any action of the vendor and custmer.

The security amount can be withdrawn by the vendor at any time. Train Pizza Company will deduct the service charge of $25 and give the rest of the amount to the vendor (at the same time the account will be closed by Train Pizza). The monthly package money will not be refunded. The vendor will have to write in the email that the account has to be closed. (The vendor can reopen the Train Pizza account whenever he wants.)

The seller must comply with the customer's terms and conditions.

After the monthly package is over, the vendor's account will be closed automatically. (The vendor will get the security amount only when he writes in the email that the account has to be closed.) The vendor will have to take care of renewal before the monthly package is over.

If the customer does not receive the pizza, they will be refunded the purchase price.

The seller will pay the customer directly. And if train.pizza processes the payment, they will also have to pay Stripe's incoming and outgoing charges plus a one-dollar service charge.

On creating an account on this website, your account will also be automatically created on APP: SPAK SPAK You can easily advertise on it.
